Your key responsibilities:
• Provide software development services for customers during SAP and SF implementation and integration projects
• Develop and execute test plans for developments
• Provide technical support, including reviewing system configurations, installing software components, providing expert level troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Facilitate functional and technical handover to support services
• Deliver expert technical direction to client’s information technology teams
• WRICEF design, build and test
As you will be working with Federal Government clients, it is essential that you are an Australian Citizen due to security requirements.
Skills and attributes for success
• Degree/qualification in Business/Commerce, HR or Information Systems, Organisational Psychology
• Proven consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops
• Considerable experience in designing and implementing HR technology solutions across any of payroll, workforce management, talent, or employee experience
• Demonstrated experience with pay slip development, report development, payroll control centre, SF extensibility
• Understand HR-related business challenges and how to improve people and business outcomes
• Proven knowledge of SAP ABAP and associated technologies for development within SAP HR
