Our agile development team is responsible for the delivery of web and reporting solutions to meet the needs of the Employment Services division of APM. We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to take our product testing and quality assurance to the next level. This is a new position where you can make your mark. We are looking for a leader who likes getting their hands dirty and takes pride in identifying, resolving issues, and getting things done.

Day in the life…

• Lead and create best practice testing and quality assurance processes
• Execute a range of system, integration and regressions testing to meet service quality demands
• Work within a cross functional, collaborative team in all stages of the Agile software development lifecycle
• Analyse user stories, use cases and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Drive and execute continuous improvement and optimisation of existing systems and processes. If we can automate, lets automate.
• Detect, create and track software defects and inconsistencies until resolution
