Job Description

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Determine, implement, monitor, review and evaluate human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs
  • Be a trusted advisor and partner to business stakeholders for human resources solutions, such as recruitment strategies, strengthening of onboarding experience and talent development programs
  • Implement performance management systems to plan, evaluate and improve individual and team performance
  • Develop and implement diversity, equality and inclusiveness programs to ensure equal employment opportunity and fulfilment of compliance and related statutory requirements
  • Interact with senior business leaders and advise and lead on Human Resources strategies, initiatives and processes that contribute to achievement of business objectives across Asia Pacific
  • Prepare data-analysis, research, business cases, presentations to support strategic priorities for boosting up employees’ engagement to achieve high productivity outcomes
  • Lead effective delivery of Human Resources processes across APAC area, working closely with appropriate Human Resources subfunctions to advise on personnel and workplace relations matters
  • Champion Human Resources change projects and provide Human Resources expert input to design, test and implement changes as needed to benefit the business. 

Skills and attributes for success 

To qualify for the role you must have   

  • Solid Human Resources background, including track record in business partnering;
  • Strong Human Resources project management experience;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders that are based in different countries; understand market context, cultures and needs and adapt implementation strategies accordingly;
  • Experience of leading change across multiple countries in Asia Pacific;
  • Experience of collaborating with global virtual teams/ networks;
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
