Senior/Lead - Backfill/Quality Consultant Role

We are currently seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (Senior/Lead - Backfill/Quality Consultant Role) located in Brisbane at Generation Health.

This role will give you an opportunity to strategically partner with the Team Managers and increase customer satisfaction and quality compliance across all the ADF bases in QLD. 

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• WFP backfill across QLD whenever required
• Provide a detailed insight into quality issues or training gaps
• Support upskilling, supervising and onboarding new and existing ADF consultants across QLD
• Work with Team Managers on QA activities for on-base and off-base consultants

This role will provide you with an:

Some of the key requirements are:

• Must have a minimum of 12 months of ADF experience
• Available to travel at short notice across QLD
