Your role
- Play a leading role in developing inter-team synergy, mentoring the next generation and actively promoting the talent acquisition of a diverse team
- Play a transversal influence role with multiple stakeholders from several different business sectors
- Participate in the major organizational transformation project
- Reflect and execute the business plan in accordance with the rules of sound management of operational risks of OSFI, MFDA and IIROC
- Implement an employee experience aligned with the rest of the organization to attract, engage, retain and develop consultants (360 approach with a major in investments)
- Identify the risks inherent in the activities of the Personal and Commercial and Wealth sector

Competencies required
- Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and 8 years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the sector of activity, and 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing the personnel of a sales team
- Experience in consulting and business development
- Experience in portfolio management
- IIROC's current licence as Branch Manager or required to complete within three months of hiring
- Significant experience in team management, business development and portfolio management
- Have a good knowledge of banking products and services
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) necessary because you will regularly transact with partners located across Canada
Preferred competencies
- Graduate of the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF) or in the process of obtaining it
- Experience in a call center or remote consulting team
