This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane. Working as part of a small team, the Sales Representative will be responsible for:  

• Selling the core range of lighting products to an established reseller network
• Actively getting out into the market and generating leads
• Marketing & promotional activities such as trade events, lunches, BBQs, golf days etc.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products
• Meeting sales budgets and periodic targets
• Gathering feedback from customers and suggesting improvements 

The Sales Representative will be required to attend site visits and customer premises for the purpose of meetings, marketing, quoting etc.  Therefore, a large amount of the role will involve travel. A company car will be provided and the opportunity for further travel both intra and inter-state is possible.

You will have:

• Background experience working in the lighting industry or the electrical / landscaping trades
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• An active interest in any electrical technology is desirable
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• A proven ability to work independently
