RESTAURANT MANAGER – PIER FRONT PIZZERIA

Pier Front Pizzeria is looking for a Front of House Manager to work full-time (38-40hrs/week).
Pier Front Pizzeria in Portarlington are on the hunt for a motivated, highly experienced, fast-working individual. You must have knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine and have outstanding leadership qualities to manage the staff in our fast-paced restaurant.
Duties include: Restaurant opening and closing procedures Cash register closing/banking procedures High level of Confidence in menu and selling of weekly specials Managing and supervising Front of house staff Assisting in the selection and training of new Front of house staff Responsibility for achieving overall labour KPIs Planning menus for functions in consultation with the Head Chef Ensuring restaurant facilities comply with both health and OH&S regulations Conferring with suppliers to assess satisfaction with service and products
Must have minimum 2 years experience.
Must be a team player who can abide by company policy and go the extra mile when required.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate and level of experience.
