About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for the office which will include distributing correspondence and maintaining a friendly service to all visitors, customers and employees. This will be a Full-time role located in Bayswater with a start time of 9AM, Monday – Friday.

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office.
  • Answer screen and forward incoming calls to the correct person(s) within the business.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Ensure the reception area and office are tidy and presentable.
  • New customer set up, including welcome letters to customers and scanning to the T:/ drive.
  • Provide Senior Management administration support as required 
  • Manage the day to day Reception
  • Accounts Payable administration support as required ie filing or scanning
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time.

    About You
     
  • Have a professional welcoming attitude and be well presented.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist capacity.
  • Have a positive “Can Do” attitude.
