This position is full-time, located in our Hurstville clinic for an immediate start.
We are looking for someone to provide a professional, friendly and efficient front of house experience for all Advance Rehab Centre clients, carers and referrers, as well as support our back office with administration duties.
This position will require the ability to manage a busy front desk alongside our existing reception team, good organisation skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

This role has scope for growth and development with the opportunity to be trained for involvement in many other aspects of the practice.
You will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with all members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated care of our clients. We employ a team of skilled Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants.
