Job Description

Qualifications & experience

  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in medical administration and customer service
  • Strong IT skills in general, prior experience using a medical software would be desirable
  • Team player, ability to work in a busy environment and multi task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients both in person and over the phone
  • Managing appointment books and providing administrative support for our multidisciplinary team
  • Invoicing, receipting, banking and reconciliation
  • Manage correspondence with patients and external medical providers
  • Maintaining data integrity and patient confidentiality
