This role will require you to greet customers on arrival; answer incoming, screen, transfer, and make outgoing calls using a busy switch phone; liase with customers, insurance companies, assessors and suppliers; check vehicles in to record pre-existing damage (taking photos, mark up sheet, etc); book in customers for repairs; invoice work completed; actively keep track of repair stages and update customers & insurance companies accordingly; take payments (cash and EFTPOS); enter invoices, filing; data entry and other general ADHOC duties.
You will be required to work 38 hours a week (Monday 8am-4.30pm and Tuesday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm)
