The role

As a Quality, Risk and Compliance Coordinator you will support the Senior Compliance and Group Data Privacy Officer in responding to FOI requests, subpoenas and other formal information requests received by APM.  In addition, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and consultative support to APM business units on their obligations related to compliance and privacy.

This newly created role will act as the contact point internally and externally with data subjects and regulatory authorities and work within the quality management framework for the business unit and adhere to all APM policies and procedures; and contractual requirements.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualifications within FOI, privacy, quality or legal and/or demonstrated experience in a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in the administration of FOI and Privacy legislation
• Ability to review, analyse, and organise documentary and factual evidence
• Experience working with Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principles and The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner guidance
