Job Description
Role Accountabilities:
Lead, deliver and evolve aspects of the current NTS Grad Program including the following:
- Manage and deliver program requirements, create executive presentations and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Responsible for recruitment activities related to supporting intern, graduate and alumni programs
- Accountable to identify, implement and communicate program solutions with the business
- Coordinate and execute all tasks related to logistics and administration of program
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Determine KPIs and manage tracking and reporting on all programs
- Design and facilitate program sessions
- Rally, partner and collaborate with Bell internal teams: Human Resource Consultants, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Grad leadership community, learning and development, recruitment, compensation groups, STEM, event management, etc.
- Serve as a contact for interns, graduates and alumni for developing talent through coaching and mentoring relationships
- Build and nurture relationships with Universities and Colleges to support Grad and Intern programs
Critical Competencies:
- Human Resources (HR) degree/designation and/or experience in a similar or leadership role
- PMP Certification and/or related project management courses/experience is highly desirable
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Highly autonomous, self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to function in complex and matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Being agile and ability to adjust and be resilient towards change
- Seek to understand, be curious, looking for ways to improve and enhance the program
- Proven relationship builder with all levels of an organization
- Advanced/expert level in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; data management
- Ability to work flex hours and willing to travel on occasion
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and decision making skills are required
