Responsibilities

Overall Scope & Responsibilities:

• Provide value to our customers by delivering the platform to help our expierences scale

• Storytelling is key to this role, telling a very complex story in a way that the audience understand is key to this role

• Identify (in partnership with the Dev community) the Dev experiences that need to be improved to handle the intense scale we are working toward

• Innovate in the way we integrate with our Authentication and Authorization platforms to drive our scale and innovation efforts

• Prioritize and orchestrate the work we have so we can focus on the most impactful items that will deliver against our commitments

• Strong ability to influence and report outcomes to stakeholders

• Strong ability to work across teams to drive toward a common goal

• Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative data to recommend product decisions

• Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, and to apply understanding of technical opportunities and constraints to product plans

• A good understanding of how to create software or how an engineering product lifecycle works

• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills, and an attention to detail

• Experience managing product for business growth is a plus

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of Program/Product management experience

• Undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Business, or Data Science preferred) or equivalent experience
