Summary of the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Postgraduate Taught Admissions Team. You will be responsible for a team of 17 staff, and directly line manage two PGT Admissions Officers. You will be responsible for managing the team, processes and service in line with agreed service level agreements. You will work with a variety of colleagues and will be required to ensure PGT Admissions meets and exceeds the expectations of applicants, client Faculties within the University and external stakeholders such as agents. You will need to be mindful to manage and improve the operations within the remit of our compliance commitments to the UK Border Agency. You will work closely with colleagues in the International Office to support the University's ambitious internationalisation strategy, which will include delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
