Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Organising meetings, including scheduling, preparing agenda’s and supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
- General admin duties including scanning, filing, etc
- Client and supplier liaison
- Coordinating travel and accommodation as required
- Coordination of comms, reports and presentations
- Various ad-hoc requests
What you will need to be successful?
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced environment
- Explementary communication skills
- Baseline clearance OR the ability to meet the requirements to be sponsored for baseline government clearance.
