Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management 
  • Organising meetings, including scheduling, preparing agenda’s and supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
  • General admin duties including scanning, filing, etc
  • Client and supplier liaison
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation as required
  • Coordination of comms, reports and presentations
  • Various ad-hoc requests

What you will need to be successful?

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced environment
  • Explementary communication skills
  • Baseline clearance OR the ability to meet the requirements to be sponsored for baseline government clearance.
