Job Title -: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing the month and year end closings;
• Working with Austral Fisheries\' accounts teams for year-end close off ;
• Liasing with external Auditors for final end of year financial account reporting;
• Processing all Accounts Receivable processes including allocations, bank reconciliations and customer invoices;
• Assisting with Accounts payable process including supplier invoices and payments;
• Managing reconciliations of inventory accounts, prepare monthly accruals;
• Managing reconciliation / Audit and Compliance for stock control tractability;
• Managing the annual external audit processes;
• Preparation of monthly Business Activity Statements;
• Creating and maintaining new product lines and suppliers;
• Creating new customers;
• Providing accounting support with sales planning and forecasting;
• Advising on cash flow and foreign exchange issues.
