Requirements:

 Core Skill : MDM(Mobile Device Management) with VMWare Workspace One (*erstwhile Airwatch)

• 6+ years of AirWatch MDM administration and support (supporting on-prem Relay servers)
• Work on Apple DEP, Business manager and VPP
• Experience on Windows Rugged Devices
• Android Enterprise(Android EMM Configuration) for enrolling android devices.
• Knowledge on Smart groups, Profiles , Product provisioning, files/Actions, Events, Compliance policies, Custom settings.
• Upload, update, maintain, and delete iOS and Android Apps
• Test and QA new iOS and Android releases – Manage deployment process and schedule
• Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintain enforcement
• Works with customers to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with the hardware team to create enrollment processes
• Understand and create different tags and groups by location, department, and use case
• Creating profile and products for Android/Windows rugged devices and phones.
• Enrollment of Android, Apple and Windows devices.
• Knowledge on Apps and Books.
• Knowledge different types of enrollment mechanism
• Knowledge about Work profile and Work managed devices.
• Sound knowledge on ITSM Processes(Incident, Change, Problem and Request)
