Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the deep understanding of our partner experience and translating that into a go-to-market strategy for our partner teams. Specific focus areas, include; industry trends, key competitors, partner business needs, geographical differences. You will also:
- Lead partner-related insights and satisfaction focused initiatives and take accountability for driving these forwards through the business. Focus on driving measurable improvements to the partner experience and work to influence change acceptance for other groups.
- Influence and support programs that impact partner satisfaction. Ensure the partner voice is included in the planning and decision-making within key programs.
- Support strategic and complex business planning across multiple segments and audiences and execution projects.
- Leverage partner listening engines to collect local partner feedback and trends and uses a variety of data collection methods to ensure a wide array of perspectives (e.g., coordinating roundtables, conducting one-on-one interviews, surveys, etc.).
- Establish a standard approach to stakeholder engagement to inform and listen to feedback, and continuously captures feedback from stakeholders on the progress of customer improvement plans.
- Engage with senior leadership across relevant organizations and works to influence them to drive partner improvements.
- Connect people and processes in relevant areas to ensure the partner experience integrates into business plans and decisions.​
- Amplify partner obsession by sharing success stories and modelling excellent customer obsession behaviours for others to follow.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in strategy management, management consulting, or a customer strategy role.
- Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology.
- Proven track record in change management, project management, and market intelligence.
- Customer obsessed, and always putting your customer at the heart of what you set out to achieve.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to untangle complex issues; demonstrate logical reasoning and creative thinking.
- Extensive experience engaging with and influencing senior leaders.
- An MBA is desired, but not required.
