As a Manager in our Supply Chain & Operations team you can expect to lead projects relating to Digital Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Asset Management and Manufacturing Excellence.  This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and networks across the across variety of sectors. 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions (e.g. Supply Chain IT Platforms, Analytics & Visualisation, Warehouse, Transport and Demand Management Systems, Blockchain or Automation/Robotics
  • Procurement within a complex environment of a large organisation 
  • Delivering Operational Excellence (End-to-end operating models, Operations continuous improvement, application of systems thinking, Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Asset Management (Transforming practices to improve asset reliability and productivity) 
  • Delivering Manufacturing Excellence (for example continuous improvement in a manufacturing context). 

You’ll be able to demonstrate

  • At least three to five years of recent operational or consulting experience and knowledge in asset intensive industries (like mining & metals, power and utilities, oil and gas, capital infrastructure)
  • An ability to mentor, motivate and lead diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, whilst fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
  • Your capability for critical thinking and to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist our customers
  • Your strong ability to articulate your point of view to a senior executive audience 
  • Capability to drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
