Job Description

Maintenance OR Reliability Professionals required in Bunbury region for a global operator, with a strong experience in Asset Management coupled with a Mechanical background.  Expected duration of this role to be a minimum of 12 months.

Crystalise has deep Asset Management expertise across Australia and internationally and is continuing to expand its geographic reach.  This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a key player and contributor in the areas of Asset Management, Maintenance Engineering and Reliability Engineering.

You will support the development & implementation of asset management systems, processes, performance improvements and be client interfacing. 

Key duties include but not limited to:

  • Maintenance and Asset Management Strategy Development
  • Developing Maintenance and Asset Management Plans
  • Reliability Centred Maintenance/PM Optimisation
  • Reliability Modelling
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Improvement
  • Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Selection and Implementation
  • Total Productive Maintenance/Lean Maintenance
  • Maintenance Benchmarking and Audits
  • Asset Integrity Assurance/Risk Management
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Performance Standard Knowledge and Understanding
  • Supporting Maintenance Builds

Key attributes for success:

  • A strong experience Maintenance or Reliability Engineering.
  • A Bachelor/Diploma Certification in Engineering or adequate planning experience to classify as a maintenance professional.
  • Proficient in data analytics and use of CMMS software
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Software
  • Knowledge of the following: Project Management; Asset Register development; Maintenance Work Instructions; Spares & Bill of Material Development; Basic Principals of RCM/FMECA
  • Self-starter that is able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team 
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Local to Bunbury region or willing to relocate (at own cost)
