Come join the Workstations and Desktop Equipment team, which is tasked with managing the infrastructure for Bank equipment and providing support for all users.
More information about the role:
• Provide level 3 IT support, ensuring that lasting solutions are found to prevent issues from reoccurring.
• Work with other IT teams (support and infrastructure teams) to resolve issues quickly and help roll out new technologies.
• Follow up with users and IT partners.
• Be proactive by anticipating and mitigating potential issues and identifying root causes to minimize the likelihood that issues will reoccur.
• Help train level 2 support teams on new solutions or technology when required.
• Assess potential impacts on implementation by participating in various complex analyses to evaluate and identify potential issues with our ecosystems.
• Make recommendations to automate/optimize system efficiency and resolve major/minor issues.
• Ensure system stability and integrity.
In your role, you will:
• Help ensure the stability of Jamf and Intune. Adapt/set up workstations and modify existing applications to meet users’ needs.
• Help perform application troubleshooting and find viable solutions for users and support teams.
• Participate in regular penetration testing activities to ensure that our workstation environments are compliant.
• Participate in project analysis and other project activities.
