Based at our Ballarat, Service Delivery Centre, we’re looking for a Digital Managed Services Lead to join our team and help build our capability. Working a busy desk with a varied work portfolio, this role could see your work cover everything from managing clients, Service Level Agreements, working with internal teams to improve systems & client project work.

• Skills and experience in support desk management and ability to effectively manage team workloads
• Understanding of Cloud infrastructure, content management, software development best practices, project management, ticketing systems, etc.
• Knowdlege of ITIL best practices, with Certification highly regarded. 
• Demonstrated Account Management skills, ideally within a Managed Service environment
