**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead a team of technical PMs and data analysts to deliver our data book of work**
**Work directly with Independent Client Risk Management (ICRM) to understand data requirements and deliver to their specifications**
**Work with front, middle, and back office upstream technology systems to source, migrate, onboard, and resolve issues with data**
**Act as SME for each project by proactively learning the business application of the data requirements**
**Leverage JIRA and Microsoft Project to track statuses, timelines, and manage tasks for allocated resources**
**Act as a risk manager in all aspects - escalating any issues or roadblocks that may impact project delivery or the firm**
**Analyze technology processes and translate them to documented process flows and procedures**
**Perform data analysis on large datasets spanning all asset classes and regions, drawing conclusions, and summarizing for project and management reporting**
**Create presentations to reflect project status and data findings for senior management and ICRM clients**
**Interview candidates with a focus on resource potential and building a diverse team**
**Skillset Requirements**
**7+ years experience in data analysis (data migrations, acquisitions, decommissioning, gap analysis, mapping documentation, data quality validations, etc...)**
**5+ years experience using JIRA, Confluence**
**5+ years experience with SQL, working knowledge of Python**
**Solid foundation of financial products and the trading lifecycle**
**Project management (waterfall and agile) and organizational skills with a capability to handle multiple projects at one time.**
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience liaising between clients and technology teams summarizing information as appropriate for the intended audience**
**Expert in Excel, proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, word, project, visio)**
**Education Requirements:**
**Bachelors or equivalent experience. Discipline in Finance, MIS, or CS a plus**
