We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Manager (Analyst) to assist the business grow, optimise current processes and ensure effective knowledge-sharing company-wide. We aim expand into the Latin American market and excited to have the manage who knowledge in the relevant and knowledge with our target market.
The Knowledge Manager (Analyst) primary responsibilities will be as follows:
• Holding meetings on a regular basis to ensure effective coordination, communication and collaboration across teams and departments based on organisational objectives (Directors, Marketing Team, onshore Consulting team, offshore Multimedia Specialists etc) • Assess and evaluate requirements, resource considerations, and existing policies, procedures, processes, systems and workflows on a regular basis and across all departments, identifying areas for improvement in line with organisational objectives • Assess, document and record information flows for the purposes of measuring progress, knowledge-sharing and management • Keep up to date with relevant information in both domestic and international market, ensuring appropriate information flows within the company • Prepare reports and advise management accordingly in relation to existing gaps and metrics • Ensure the business remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with best practice whilst based on cultural considerations/differing markets, both onshore and offshore • Prepare necessary internal documentation (e.g. procedure manuals and policies to allocate • administrative tasks) and conduct training sessions (inc. onboarding) within Departments and with respective teams to ensure adequate implementation of strategies, plans, policies or procedures. • Ensure internal policies/procedures, code of conduct and legislative requirements are communicated, understood and adhered to across the organisation • Ensure timely, correct and complete information flows across the organisation • Monitor staff, processes, procedures and strategies across various Departments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, systems and procedures (e.g. in accordance with international markets) as well as performance in line with deadlines, customer expectations and organisational objectives • Liaise with stakeholders (clients, prospective clients and other external parties) to collect relevant information and ensure alignment with current processes • Conduct regular audits (including assessment of KPI’s) • Gather new information on partnership opportunities, new projects (e.g workshops/seminars, 407 Training Visa initiatives) and initiate operations to open commercial spaces in international markets • Conduct independent research to align business strategy with external market and present to Directors in a concise matter • Ultimately ensure needs and expectations of our clientele are met

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $93,000 plus superannuation
