Speci¦c Tasks and Responsibilities: Carrying and performing all styles of cutting Application of all chemical hair treatments such as streaking and coloring Hair extension services Assess client’s hair needs and features and recommend hairstyle, as per fashion Train and supervise other staff members with your knowledge Develop new styles and techniques Initiate new hairstyle concepts and upcoming trends Recommend and explain the use of our cosmetic products to enhance business sales Initiate ideas and suggest improvements throughout all areas of the business Share your knowledge and skills with other staff members Contribute to the business through teamwork Hairdressing safety, and OHS Organize and monitor training for employees
