Global Billing Organisation, Officer
This role is in the Global Billing Organisation (GBO) is part of the Corporate Finance Organisation with focus on fee schedule setup and client invoicing. The individual will collaborate with the UK Business stakeholders and with the Production Hubs to ensure timely and accurate billing for clients.
Job Description
- Collaborate with GBO teams, Business and Data providers to ensure billing is completed on timely basis
- Work closely with the UKMEA Relationship Management and Client Service Teams
- Governance and Oversight of Production Hubs; including support as required
- Proactively manage the unbilled balances for UKMEA clients
- Support the risk and control environment; ensuring all billing incidents are logged; tracked, investigated and closed
- Identify delays and billing issues, remediate and proactively communicate with all stakeholders
- Ability to deep dive where needed, perform detailed analysis, and propose/implement solutions
- Enforce and enhance standard operating procedures
- Deputise for the UKMEA Billing Lead as required
- Provide support to UK/EMEA Billing Leads on any additional projects and tasks, including ad-hoc senior management requests
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services industry
- Finance, business, qualifications and/or equivalent or relevant industry experience
- Experience of working in global organisation with teams in various geographic locations
- Take ownership and accountability for all assigned tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Must be self-motivated, adaptable and show initiative
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
