Your role :

Be a business analyst on National Bank’s risk services applications in order to maintain and evolve them according to business needs.

Your curiosity and passion are sought within our team. The bank is in full transformation and relies on curious people who are not afraid of change.

• Monitor and understand the impacts of changes on business processes and applications to communicate to different types of audiences
• Communicate these changes to stakeholders and facilitate workshops to develop value-added solutions 
• Ensure the smooth running of the activities under your responsibility, from their development to production, as well as the quality of the technological solutions
• Support projects with new solutions or platform evolution
• Advise on the implementation of business need solutions
• Analyze and document business and functional needs
• Work as a team to resolve issues.

Your profile:

• Industry-related BA and 5 years of relevant experience OR other industry-related diploma and several years of relevant experience
• Business analysis, functional analysis skills
• General infrastructure technical knowledge
• Ease of communication both written and oral
• Strong leadership and initiative
• Team player skills: positivity, communication, respect, commitment, generosity and adaptability, curiosity
• Problem solving skills
• Demonstrates our values of collaboration, agility and empowerment
• Knowledge of French (written, spoken), English, a strong asset as you will interact with an English language provider.

This is an asset if you:

• Have knowledge of risk management
• Have knowledge of ConnectedRisk systems
• Worked in agile mode
• Have previous banking or financial experience.
