About the role 
As a full time Exercise Physiologist, you will be providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will work across a variety of case presentations and clients in our private practice. 

In this role you will be...

• Using your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans to target the goals of the patient with a particular focus on achieving functional goals and supporting independent living 
• Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP’s, Surgeon’s, Sports Physician’s and other Health Care Professionals as required to provide effective care to patients 
• Communicating effectively with third party providers, case managers and other stakeholders.
• Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers.
