Our team oversees the ecosystem that supports IT management and governance. We play a key role in all activities related to providing red carpet service to our business lines. You will use your expert knowledge to lead project, operational and IT initiatives.

You’ll be part of the Chief Architect’s large team that aims to innovate and develop technological targets to speed up our transformation in the coming years. We need your drive and talent to succeed!

• Work with various stakeholders to develop and maintain business capability mapping for the IT domain
• Actively contribute to the development of the IT domain, and the direction and delivery of the IT initiatives portfolio
• Be the domain expert for stakeholders in the business and technological sectors
• Maintain the target architecture and roadmap for the transformation of technology ecosystems  
• Provide project support while ensuring that the solutions implemented adhere to Open Architecture guidelines and the Bank's architecture standards
• Identify potential relationships and synergies between various projects
• Validate the functional and technical aspects of solutions to ensure the Bank's business needs and standards are met
• Ensure the sound development of the applications portfolio: obsolescence, technical debt, simplification of the overall IT ecosystem
• Monitor and keep abreast of business and IT trends and best practices
• Serve as a professional reference and offer expertise and advice to stakeholders

• Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or completed master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience
• TOGAF, COBIT and ITIL certification or other equivalent certifications
• Innovative and capable of rethinking/redefining ways of approaching practices, controls and technological governance of IT team capacity
• Abstract thinking skills for effectively linking business needs to business and technological capabilities, and ultimately, to underlying technologies
• Excellent ability to foster collaboration and teamwork and encourage frank and effective discussions on fundamental issues
• Excellent general IT knowledge and practical experience applying it in a large, corporate environment
• In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following domains, along with extensive knowledge of the IT tools used, the practices adopted and their practical application in environments:
  • IT management and governance
  • IT risk management
  • IT portfolio management
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Solutions
• In-depth knowledge of concepts, technology, and solutions related to a modern digital ecosystem (Microservices, API, streaming, security, elasticity, PaaS, SaaS cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Understanding of how the architecture component is applied in a cloud-based environment
• Client-centric
• Strong analytical and summarizing skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts
• Innovative and capable of rethinking/redefining working methods
