Job Description

DESCRIPTION

  • Represent Dealer Services with a primary focus on specific major account sellers.

  • Promote efficient inventory management, including but not limited to, vehicle registration, vehicle movement, pre & post sale issue resolution with a high-level focus on organization and effective communication.

  • Work with manager to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience, appropriate transaction processing and high client satisfaction and service

  • Learn all tools, including but not limited to, AS400, Workbench, Web focus, Smart Approve, Aim Admin, Salesforce, etc.

  • Proactively review inventory for proper announcements and communicate with account representatives via phone & email to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and are ready for sale (i.e., approval for repairs, frame checks, mileage, subseries, etc.).

  • Coordinate with shops and lot operations to ensure all work is completed and vehicle records are accurate(i.e., reconditioning, inspections, imaging ).

  • Sale day responsibilities include but are not limited to presale blocks, resolving client offers via Workbench, communicating with buyers and sellers for all sale day issue resolution.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and sincere appreciation for business relationships that have been established amongst the dealers and Manheim.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems and issues; serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and various auction departments to reconcile problems and maintain a high level of customer service.

  • Assist with customer care issues and respond to dealer inquiries, problems, or concerns in a professional manner and escalate, as necessary.

  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
