THE ROLE

Your role will be to assist and support those who are experiencing concerns relating to their deliveries, damaged products through to stock shortages. You will be working across phone, email and online chat across a roster that allows you to work Monday to Sunday, anywhere between 5am and 1am, with shifts of 8 hours a day, 30-38 hours per week.

THE REQUIREMENTS

This role starts in the contact centre and you must be able to attend site at Mascot if required once you move to WFH. 

• A minimum of at least 6 months contact centre experience;
• Or, a minimum of at least 12 months of retail/customer service experience

When working from home, you will need to have the following Home Office Requirements:

• Minimum internet speeds of 40mbps 
• Office Desk
• Suitable ergonomic chair
• Suitable space that is private
