The career you want.

Be a liaison between store, customer and technician.  Gather updates on repairs and parts from technicians and vendors.  Updating Repair Tag system, sending out POS Hotswap requests. 

  • Answering incoming calls or emails in regards to repairs that are being worked on, or for estimates
  • Calling customers or stores with estimates, requests for information regarding repairs/payments if required
  • Create repair tags and correct billing for POS Hot-swap requests
  • Order parts required and handle inventory of purchased parts
  • Auditing of repair tags to ensure billing is correct and technicians are paying attention to ACP and/or customer comments
  • Printing of the daily shipping runs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Follow published policies related to health and safety rules specific to the workplace as provided by senior management. Promote health and safety within the workplace.  Report any potential problems or unsafe situations to supervisors and/or senior management.

Skills we’re looking for.

  • Great customer Service and communication skills, on the phone or via email is required
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to read and write and have good math skills is required
  • Experience with Microsoft office is essential
  • Ability to multi-task or handle multiple requests at the same time is required
  • Repair Tag Maintenance and experience with research, order & Track parts is an asset
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred
