You will be part of the Group Loans Administration Syndicates Team which has the responsibility for the timely and accurate booking of loans on which BOI is Agent on core applications and the ongoing maintenance and settlement of loan lifecycle events. This involves interaction with both customers and other lenders ensuring all lenders receive accurate communication, payments and instructions for new funding's, rollovers and repayments as expected and within agreed timelines.
They will work closely with our front line colleagues in Corporate Banking, specifically the Agency Team and US office, as well as our off-shore colleagues in HCL and Loan Servicing Partner, LINK Asset Services. They will be point of contact for any queries which come from our customers, other lenders and colleagues in Corporate Banking, Finance and other areas in the Group.
