What's the role

The purpose of the Cloud Product Delivery Lead is to support the Head of the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in the delivery of Cloud support services and customer solutions on Cloud. The Cloud Product Delivery Lead will provide support across a number of areas including;

• Demand Management & solution delivery on Cloud.
• Agile execution support.
• Understanding customer requirements and demand for cloud products; translating requirements and demand into a prioritized backlog of work.
• Support to Product Prioritisation and roadmap.
• Cloud Service Delivery and Operations.
• Establishment of a PMO within the CCoE Cloud Management Office.
• Work with CCoE Partners to produce a central Status reporting capability

Key Accountabilities

• Demand Management.
• Act as a central point for project delivery within the CCoE.
• Monitoring and control of project execution performance within the CCoE.
• Managing the delivery of items within the cloud management office backlog.
• Establishing processes to evaluate and develop new cloud patterns to support teams looking to adopt cloud.
• Develop and manage CCoE monthly and ad hoc MI reporting requests.
• Work with stakeholders to assist driving engagement and understanding of the CCoE service offerings.

This job can be done anywhere in Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin to which travel will be required for in person collaboration. Exact frequency to be agreed with manager.

Essential Qualifications

• Cloud, Product and/or Project Management certifications will be an advantage.

Essential Skills & Experience

Key Requirements of this role:

Experience

• Project or Product Management experience.
• Previous exposure to cloud technologies and devops methodologies in public cloud (AWS and Azure).
• Attention to detail - ability to review and assess complex data in order to identify, qualify and communicate key messages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build enduring relationships at all levels across the organisation.
• Experience in relation to financial management and reporting.
• Experience in using a range of software to develop comprehensive MI and reporting packs.
• Self-starter, highly experienced in workload prioritisation and ability to perform well under pressure.
