Your key responsibilities
- Build relationships and collaborate with global BMC Industry teams and Client Marketing functions.
- Play a key role in working with Market Segment Leadership teams to leverage whole-of-BMC programs.
- Develop and execute Client Marketing strategies for the Oceania firm by collaborating with global specialist functions, selected Oceania Account teams and BMC strategic program pillars.
- Act as exclusive BMC advisor to selected focus accounts and build strong relationships across account teams.
- Support large-scale priority pursuits through optimisation of marketing channels and messaging.
- Collaborate with BMC strategic program teams to optimise the account activation of campaigns.
- Develop and execute priority industry campaigns in collaboration with Global BMC Industry and Oceania Priority industries.
- Provide selected account teams with priority access to EY insights, buyer, solution, and alliance programs.
- Continuously make recommendations and evolve the Industries and Client function to drive greater impact and value back to the business.
- Assess where new business needs require a differentiated BMC focus to position industry expertise best aligned to markets opportunities.
- Take an innovative approach, make recommendations to leadership and implement new ideas, improvements and technologies.
- Apply a deep understanding of client needs to identify critical outcomes, barriers to success, and changes in expectations or scope.
- Have bold, courageous, and honest conversations. Operate with integrity.
- Contribute to team priorities that support a strong collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Develop, monitor and manage budget.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.
