Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in social sciences with ten years of senior level management experience in the design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of activities of a similar size and complexity. Technical expertise in primary education highly preferred
• Skillful in high-level strategic leadership and effective stakeholder management, with experience successfully building and maintain relationships with project counterparts, particularly senior-level officials from the government, private sector, and civil society
• Experience serving as USAID Chief of Party or other management experience for donor efforts of similar scope, size, and complexity required
• Candidates with experience working in education development in Liberia, West Africa, or sub-Saharan Africa, especially post-conflict environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Fluency in English required
