The team offers a wide variety of options to customer of overdrafts, stocking loans and term loans.

The team looks after cases with a TGE of up to 500K and refer products on business divisions such as but not limited to BOIPA, GM, BIL & BCC.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to deliver Business Lending solutions to our Small Business and Agri Customers.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle all stages of the loan application process for Small Business & Agri customers over the phone.
• Be a key member of the Small Business & Agri Lending Direct team and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless, integrated and excellent service.
• Acquire all relevant credit information efficiently to enable sound decisioning in relation to lending applications.
• Evaluate the credit information provided and submit applications with recommendation to Credit Underwriters.
• Keep up to date with credit policy, regulatory, operational and administrative procedures for your role and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
• Provide team support and mentoring to less experienced colleagues on an ongoing basis.
