What makes a great Business Manager

This is a role where you will be wearing lots of hats. We are a new NDIS Registered Provider and still very much in a development and growth phase, we are looking for someone who is going to enjoy driving networking, marketing, processes and service.

You have an understanding of NDIS Provider requirements with knowledge and experience around service delivery and NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct. You are a natural people leader with demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver a successful service.

Your proven resilience and problem-solving skills will support you in solving complex issues as they arise. You will also show success in achieving team performance targets.

• have current First Aid and CPR
• be willing to complete and pass a Criminal History Check
• be able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
• be able to pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
• be able to pass and complete and NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
