Job Description

HBF is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic people leader to join our branch network. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role will be offered as permanent, full-time opportunity.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a key part in our brand promise to provide the best personalised experience possible for our valued members. As a leader, you will mentor, coach and develop a team that actively engage with a diverse range of new and existing members across our branch network. Your role is to lead this team to best understand our members, discuss their needs and ensure they receive products and services that are tailored to those needs.

About You

  • Exceptional customer service skills with previous experience leading and developing a successful sales and customer service team
  • Private health insurance experience highly regarded 
  • A self-starter who is outcomes driven
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business goals within budget and deadlines
  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage change within a competitive customer service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and develop people using structured and methodical processes
  • Well-developed communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical approach to identifying issues and making appropriate decisions
