Summary of the role
We wish to recruit a trial manager with significant experience of diabetes to join an exciting multi-disciplinary team as part of the newly-funded Biomedical Research Centre. The role will support a variety of researchers involved in diabetes, managing all aspects of clinical studies from grant development and submission, regulatory approvals and set-up, to data management and analysis.
Studies will include single and multi-centre trials and the role will provide project management and advice to academic and partners involved in their set-up and delivery. The post holder will work closely with researchers across the BRC.

The NIHE Exeter Biomedical Research Centre
The Biomedical Research Centre for Exeter (Exeter BRC) is a collaboration between University of Exeter (UoE), The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHS Royal Devon) and other SW NHS organisations. The first of its kind for the South West, its fundamental objective is to improve health outcomes for patients and the public by translating scientific breakthroughs into potential new treatments, diagnostics and medical technologies. The NIHR Exeter BRC has received £15.6M and will create an environment in the South West for world-leading researchers to thrive and contribute significantly to the local and national economy.
