Brereton's Bakery PTY LTD is a family-owned bakery café, renowned for their award-winning pies. They use local produce and meat to create their delicious pies and pasties. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Nathalia.

The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

• Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking ·
• Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
• Various baking techniques and methods
• Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
• Stock management and ordering
• Cleaning and equipment upkeep

Skills and Abilities: ·

• Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $50,000-$60,000pa commensurate with experience
