Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Development and delivery of required Health and Safety programs and documents to demonstrate compliance
  • Monitor and analyze reports and store performance on key Health and Safety tasks to identify opportunities to drive compliance
  • Develop communications and streamline online documentation
  • Build cross channel partnerships to drive program improvements
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities 

Competencies: 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with store staff and cross functional partners
  • Accountable for delivering tasks on time with accuracy
  • Collaborate within the team and across team boundaries to execute objectives
  • Ability to analyze data and present results
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent initiatives
  • Expect and embrace change
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • French verbal and written fluency is an asset 

Education and Experience: 

  • Experience working in retail is a benefit
  • Prior Health and Safety training and experience an asset 

Working Conditions:

  • Candidate must work 40 hours weekly, Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid work profile: 3 days remote, 2 days in office
  • Overtime may be required for key planning periods to ensure deliverables are on time
