Purpose of the Role

The role carries a range of activities as well as opportunities to drive and participate in project workstreams.

We are seeking a candidate interested in a wide ranging Associate role which supports Corporate Banking's process, system and information optimisation initiatives aligned to CB's innovative and agile digital strategy. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering a development opportunity for anyone wishing to build on their digital, credit and analytical skills, to broaden their understanding of the wider business and to increase their profile within the business. Key Accountabilities

The principal responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to a successful team that is rising to the challenge of a constantly evolving regulatory and digital environment
  
• Preparation of high quality, accurate and timely reporting and MI as required by senior management and business partners within Corporate Banking
  
• Preparation of high quality draft pre-credit and post-credit support to the lending teams
  
• Support completion of quarterly regulatory returns, regular and ad hoc MI
  
• Support the regulatory agenda including SME, CCR, CPC along with operational risk and related activities
  
• Meeting targets, both internal and external to the group, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of initiatives.
  
• Working with colleagues across D&O and COO, ensuring effective collaboration, communication and development of solutions
  
• Adopt agile practices and new ways of working, participate in sprints and e2e
  
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with the relevant data and reporting policies and standards.
