The Process Improvement Team is made up of the following teams: Process Mapping, Operational Risk Data & Reporting, Risk Assurance and an expanded 2LOD Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) team. This team will focus on revising and improving how the Group controls and supervises operational risk into the future with process maps and RCSA's at the core of operational risk management.
The purpose of this role is to develop, maintain and coordinate the Group's process modelling system, ARIS, working closely with all areas of the Process Improvement team to ensure the system is used to its full capability and meets the ongoing requirements of the Group.
Accurately detailed and maintained end to end process maps enable us to perform effectively, reduce our costs and engender confidence in regulators and investors which supports our ability to grow. In short, Process Mapping is a key enabler not only in managing risk, but also in serving customers brilliantly. This role would offer an outstanding opportunity to work in a strategically meaningful growth area along with excellent development opportunities.
