Position Overview:

We are transforming to a Product Centric Organization utilizing Agile practices to help us work more incrementally and fluidly, allowing us to respond more quickly to changing business needs.
The Agile Transformation Coach will be responsible for providing thought leadership to reimagine capabilities and processes enabling the transformation to an agile digital mindset across information technology and business teams supporting operations for the Operating and Enabling value streams. As a subject matter expert, the coach will act as a change agent leading the adoption and implementation of lean, agile & DevSecOps practices and tools. The coach will drive the transformation the ways of working through partnering, influencing, and collaborating with product centric teams to deliver customer focused outcome driven results.

In this function you will:
- Proactively lead and drive the adoption of Agile, Lean / Six Sigma, DevScOps and SAFe methodologies across the Value stream
- Continuously evolve and improve Agile processes creating IT efficiencies to accelerate time to value for business outcomes
- Partner with the Product Portfolio Operations team to standardize best practices across the value stream
- Participate in the development of tools and best practices
- Occasionally require direct team involvement as ScrumMaster, Product Owner, or Release Train Engineer role as the need arises
- Demonstrate success through performance measures by transformation, speed, and sustainable metric improvements
- Develop and maintain Eaton Specific Agile playbooks and training materials
- Lead the Agile and Lean / Six Sigma process improvement
- Partner with the change management and product teams to drive the transformation

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement experience
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA and AZURE). Experienced SAFe certified training preferred.
Position Criteria:
- Strong project management background including knowledge of various project life cycles SCRUM, waterfall, and hybrid in a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge and experience with basic tools such as Lean, Six-Sigma, and problem solving/decision making skills
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence without positional authority.
- Self-motivated, self-directed critical thinker with demonstrated process management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
