Job Description

This role is a full time permanent position. 

  • Providing administrative support to the coordination, case management and leadership teams
  • Monitoring and compliance requirements 
  • Regular reporting - utilising different programs / software/ portals
  • Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers
  • Invoicing and mail
     

The Aged Care Industry will be undergoing significant change in the lead up to the Support at Home Program replacing our HCP and CHSP programs in July 2024. We are looking for someone who can adapt well to change, be a key player in supporting the optimisation of our internal processes and who is looking to grow with our business. 

With that in mind, to be considered for the shortlist of this role you will meet the following selection criteria:
