Job Description
This role includes:
- Providing administration support to the management team
- Fielding day-to-day client and staff enquiries via phone, email and/or in person
- Providing accurate, professional, and prompt responses to all enquiries
- Ensuring all aspects of communication and information is up to date and recorded digitally
What is required for the role?
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and support for team members and clients
- Experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check
- Available to work Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed for the right applicant)
