The Role
This newly created position will require a fast paced and experienced data entry officer who thrives in high volume environments to support our amazing Customer Experience Team:
- Data Entry; High volume and fast pace data entry managing reporting in Google Sheets or Mac Numbers
- Certificates; Creating and fulfilling certificate requirements using Job Ready
- Course Enrolments; enrolling students and courses into Cloud Assess
- Customer Experience; Supporting the CX team inbox management, responding to clients and students emails.
- Ad Hoc Duties; administration and customer experience support
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years experience in an administration or data entry role
- High attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy with data entry
- A problem solver who can use their initiative when issues arise
- Strong computer skills is a must - using Excel, Google Sheets or Mac Numbers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisation skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- A confident and personable approach
- A great work ethic and attitude
