We have an opportunity in our team for a Client Services Account Manager, someone with smarts, talent and intuition, who works collaboratively to form potent partnerships that positively impact people, brands and balance sheets.
The role: • Building partnerships beyond the brief or project. • Being respected and admired for what you bring to a conversation, a challenge, and a relationship (internally and externally). • A driver of project momentum with the total vision for the project in mind. • Invested in the outcome, because you know that design creates opportunities and success for brands. • Contribute to the organic growth of the agency. • Requires a minimum of 5 years agency experience, ideally on large FMCG brands.
Tasks:
• Planning, developing and organizing design briefs for clients • Advising clients on design campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services. • Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences • Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
